Merge onto Old Fort Pkwy/TN-96, continue on Memorial Blvd, turn right at E MTCS Rd, turn left to stay on E MTCS Rd, arrive at destination, Park View Meadows Assisted Living on right.
From Chattanooga, take I-24 WEST approx 100 miles. Take exit 81 for US-231 toward Shelbyville/Murfreesboro. Turn right at S Church St, turn left at Broad St, continue to follow Broad St. Turn right at Memorial Blvd, then make another right at E MTCS Rd, turn left to stay on E MTCS Rd to destination, Park View Meadows Assisted Living on right.
