Unique to TigerPlace is its emphasis on health, wellness and preventive care -  we call it TigerCare. This innovative assortment of services allows you to receive any necessary health care in the comfort of your own residence.

Life at TigerPlace includes:

• Nurse-on-call response 24/7
• Exercise classes Monday thru Friday
• Access to the on-site Wellness Center
• Up to 4 RN visits annually

Regularly participating in TigerCare will give you access to timely check-ups by the team of wellness experts at Senior Care, a licensed home health agency of the MU Sinclair School of Nursing. As your needs change you can contract for us additional services.

Including Medicare Home Health, to help you maintain your independence. The TigerCare team will also be available to help you make the right choices and plans should hospitalization or rehabilitative care be required.

Our goal remains clear: to help each and every person remain at TigerPlace for as long as they choose.

TigerCare brings the client the right care at the right time, and thus may eliminate the need to move. Our "aging in place" model for delivering health services is one of only four state-approved sites in Missouri.

At TigerPlace dining is a matter of choice - yours. As part of your monthly rent, you choose daily the meal or meals we prepare for you. Our elegant dining room offers a continental breakfast and a selective menu at both lunch and supper.our family and friends are welcome to join you, for a modest charge. Chef-prepared salads, entrees and desserts are served restaurant-style by our wait staff and combine good nutrition with elegant presentation. Special weekly and monthly dining events provide a great opportunity to meet your new neighbors. Of course, with full kitchens in each apartment, you can prepare the meals you like in the privacy of your own residence. When it comes to dining at TigerPlace, the choice is yours.

The Cat's Meow
 If you'd rather not leave your friends, bring them with you to TigerPlace. Pets are as welcome as you are. We even offer TiPPI (TigerPlace Pet Initiative). Students from the University of Missouri School of Veterinary Medicine provide on-site pet care for your furry companions in our fully equipped exam room. A 1.2 mile walking path as well as our convenient one-story design with outdoor access for every apartment makes TigerPlace truly pet-friendly .
