TigerPlace offers seven types of floor plans including: private studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom suites. Our spacious senior housing apartment suites range in size and layout and are up to 972 square feet, complete with kitchens and private baths. SIBERIAN STUDIO APARTMENT

Intimate and efficient, this studio (bedroom and living area combined) has a kitchenette including a cook-top, sink, and refrigerator.  The apartment offers a private bathroom with shower, an oversized closet, and outdoor patio. (See room plan illustration on the right).

CASPIAN COVE APARTMENT

Combining the best of both worlds, the alcove apartment has a spacious living and dining area, deck or screened sun room, and an alcove bedroom. The kitchenette includes a cook-top, sink, and refrigerator. The spacious walk-in closet connects the bedroom to a full bathroom with large shower. Unit includes washer/dryer. SUMATRAN SINGLE BEDROOM APARTMENT

For those who are used to a little more space, we offer three one-bedroom apartments to choose from. Each has an oversized screened sun room that complements the spacious living and dining room area. The extras in this apartment include a full U-shaped kitchen, dishwasher, extra storage closet, large walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and a spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and a large shower. BENGAL BUNGALOW TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT

Spacious, yet efficient, great for guests, plenty of space for two or a den, this apartment has two bedrooms, two walk-in closets,

dishwasher, washer/dryer, and two bathrooms with shower. The large deck/screened  sun room brings in plenty of sunlight and expands the living space offered by the living  and dining room area.  The apartment has a large master bedroom and a U-shaped  kitchen.
